Submission Rules

＊ Carefully fill out all the fields of the abstract form.
＊ Abstract body should contain a maximum of 300 words and must be submitted in English.
＊ No chart or graphics should be included in the abstract.
＊ Please note that one person can submit ONE abstract.
If you prefer to submit both oral and poster presentations, you are requested to submit these abstracts separately.
＊ When submission is completed, you will automatically receive the confirmation of receipt of your abstract submission with your abstract submission number.
This number should be quoted in all abstract correspondence.
Please keep a note of this number. If you do not receive this e-mail within 1 day of your submission, please contact the 6thGQAC Secretariat Office by e-mail.
＊ Once authors submit their abstract, you can update or correct your information and re-submit your abstracts. In case you did not receive the confirmation of receipt of your abstract re-submission within 1 day, please contact the 6thGQAC Secretariat Office by e-mail.
＊ Please note that presentations not related to quality assurance may be rejected.
＊ If the number of applications exceeds the schedule, it may not meet your request. Please answer whether it is acceptable to change another presentation style.
＊ All abstracts for oral and poster presentation are planning to be uploaded on the website or the conference mobile application.

Notification of Acceptance

＊ All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee.
＊ All authors will be notified by e-mail of the review of their abstract.

Oral Presentations:

＊ The presenters are required to register for the Meeting in advance.
＊ The slide size should be 4:3 widescreen aspect ratio. Also, please use only standard OS fonts.
＊ The language of your oral presentation is only in ENGLISH.
＊ Please note that there is NO interpreter for the presentation.

Poster Presentations:

＊ Posters will be displayed from Tuesday, 18th to Thursday, 20th February 2020.
18th and 19th : 9:00 - 17:00
20th : 9:00 - 10:30
＊ Posters are required to be written in English.
＊ The presenters are required to register for the Meeting in advance.
＊ The slide size should be 4:3 widescreen aspect ratio. Also, please use only standard OS fonts.
＊ For Poster Presenters, please prepare the poster to fit the size, W 90cm X H 180cm.
All poster boards will be arranged with a number sheet (W 20cm X H 20cm) which corresponds to Poster number.
＊ You need to print and bring with you the poster to the conference.
＊ All authors are responsible for mounting and removing their own posters.
ALL POSTERS MUST BE REMOVED BY 11:00 ON THURSDAY.
All posters left after 11:00 will be disposed of.
Poster Presentation Styles;
◆ Short oral presentation session
＊ This session will give overviews of the poster presentations.
＊ This session will be held during the following dates;
12:40 - 14:00 on 18th, Tuesday, February 2020
12:10 - 13:50 on 19th, Wednesday, February 2020
＊ This session will provide poster presenter with an opportunity to orally present her/his studies using PowerPoint slides to the audiences (about 5-10 min).
＊ The presentation time is scheduled by the program committee and announce to the presenter.
＊ The language of your short oral presentation is only in ENGLISH.
＊ There is NO interpreter for the presentation.
＊ There is no time for questions and answers, so if you have any questions or any comments please discuss near the poster presentation.
◆ Poster presentations
＊ Poster discussion: Authors stand by poster and answer questions.

＊ Poster presenters are requested to submit her/his abstracts.
＊ Poster presentations will not be classified into any session topic.
